At Waltons, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Waltons account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage the product in its original box with all protective padding and hardware to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
